Devon County Council has (24 August) launched a formal procurement to secure a tenant for Duchy Square, Princetown. This presents a very good opportunity for an organisation/business/consortium to acquire high-profile accommodation, c. 500m2 with minimal costs – the tenant will be required to cover running costs only.
